the KOS Ep 8 print version is going on KICKSTARTER! the prelaunch page is up now, go check it out and sign up to get notified when it launches!! which will be 01Nov2021!
I’m very excited about this, I haven’t tried kickstarter before but i feel like it could be fun!! (and more organize than preorders haha)

i’ll be officially announcing the ep 8 cover contest soon, and come back 8/12 for the start of ep 8!! yes.. it’s a pretty long break but oofa doofa i’ve gotten very busy and i need some time to build up my backlog of comics again haha
in the meantime i’m hoping to maybe do some q&a’s? with the characters or stuff about lore. there may be some patreon stuff i’ll post publicly, idk! let me know if you have anything you’d like to hear about in the interim before ep 8.

The plots thicken…
wow big news! store is on here now! we’ve got everything kos in one neat place now (for the most part). as you can see on the side bar, there’s a little featured product there for you to check out. i know i never announce product properly so. hopefully having that will let more ppl know what’s actually in the store lol.
edit: ALL THAT BEING SAID it is new, so if there are hiccups, please let me know and i’ll do my best to fix them
speaking of which, two things were added! you can now buy the little hana pen charms (there’s not a whole lot, may do preorders for more later) and chicken pins!! aren’t they cute.. so those are the two featured items right now.
also now available in store are the extra Ep 5 print vers. and lava bon charms left over from preorders! so do go check those out as well.

episode 7 coming soon! starting 4/1, due to work and school i haven’t had much time to work on comics, so my backlog is running low. so! we’re moving back to posting one day a week, on thursdays, scheduled for the same time (5:30pm, though i usually post them earlier)
but that’s it! ep 7 starts 4/1, posting thursdays at 5:30pm, hope you enjoy! can’t wait to share it with you <3

RULES:
1) i want these to be easily sourced to the artist so please post it on whatever social media you use, tag me and use the tag #koscovercontest (i’ll be reblogging/rting all of them)
2.1) when you’ve done that please email me a link to your post and the actual pic to [crabbng(at)gmail.com] so i dont miss any! (and also so i can contact you easily if u win!) ***there were a couple submissions last time that forgot this part but please dont!! cause otherwise it’s hard for me to correctly credit people when getting them formatted for print.
2.2) ** NEW ** please also email me the background you’ve made! (just the pic without the character) i’ve been using the backgrounds of the covers for the back cover
3) submit your own work (obvi), multiple submissions are just fine! and if you won last time, go ahead and enter again!
SPECIFICATIONS:
** NEW ** the cover (plus trim) is 8.75’x11.25’ (300 dpi), the end result for the cover will be trimmed to 8.75’x11’ by me, but keep that in mind while deciding on how to design your cover. there are templates available to show you where the title/author/cover artist name will be for the final version, these are just for your reference only! please only submit your artwork. TIMELINE:
starts now, ends when episode 6 ends, 3/11! so get them posted/emailed to me by then. it doesn’t matter if you send it in earlier or later in the timeline, all will be considered equally
WINNER:
the winner will (obviously) get their pic to be the cover and i’ll send you a free printed copy of Kings of Sorts Episode 6! and whatever is in the preorder pack!! I’m planning out a new standee of bonic, so that may be included!
