panel 1: Hana and Bon sit in front of the weird glass dome. Bon is smiling as Hana is chattering: "her pastry had SO many layers! She even let me try one-! So I chose something called 'ey-pree-cot' I think..." (apricot)
panel 2: Hana excitedly starts to continue, but Bon is looking at his missing fingers with guilt. Hana: "and then-!"
panel 3: Hana asks: "What's wrong?" Bon just holds up his hand, mimicking Hana's two missing fingers.
panel 4: Hana smiles awkwardly, looking to his fingers. Hana: "ah... right." He grimaces and looks away. Hana: "In retrospect.. I did- sort of- ask for it..."
panel 5: Bon crosses his arms and puffs out his cheeks. Bon: "Oh yeah? You said 'Ms Maighstir PUH-LEASE chop off my fingers'." Hana looks back at him flatly. Hana: "Obviously not."
panel 6: Hana furrows his eyebrows and looks away again. Hana: "But I.. implied... that she was all talk..."
panel 7: Hana shrugs, trying to lighten the mood. Hana: "And, well0 she sure proved me wrong!" Bon grimaces. Bon: "Yeah, you don't say..."
panel 8: We see Bon look back towards Hana as Hana continues (off-screen): "I did... sort of get something out of it though..."
