panel 1: Hana looks up, trying to think of how to explain what he's thinking. "But it's more like..."
panel 2: Kii, Tera, and Bon all stare at him as he continues to try to think of how to explain. Hana (off-screen): "A... roth-uisge..." (water wheel in Scots Gaelic) "Water wheel! You know how a water wheel works?"
panel 3: A water wheel is shown behind Hana as he explains. Hana: "Using the energy of the water moving downstream due to gravity- Which allows the wheel to do work!"
panel 4: Hana continues gesturing. Hana: "But the water isn't extracted in that scenario." He shrugs. Hana: "There's no less water after it pushes through the wheel." He mumbles out a sidebar: "Sure, the water is slower because some energy was expended to push the wheel, causing a deceleration-"
panel 5: Hana happily waves his hand. Hana: "But you get what I mean." He perks up, continuing: "They used magical energy the same way! It was always indirectly."
